1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate email and identity information to create a ChatHoot account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. Credit allowances refresh each billing period and do not roll over. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all text and images you generate with ChatHoot. We claim no rights over your outputs and grant you a worldwide license to use them commercially.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChatHoot for illegal content, harassment, spam, or content that violates any platform's terms of service where you publish it.

Zero tolerance for adult content. Creating, generating, uploading, requesting, or publishing pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexualized content of any kind through ChatHoot is strictly prohibited. Any account found creating or posting such content will be permanently deleted without notice, warning, or refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and third-party AI provider outages may temporarily limit availability.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these terms, including immediate deletion for pornographic or sexually explicit content.
