Account Registration

When you register we collect your email address, display name, and (optionally) your Google profile via OAuth. We use this data solely to operate your account and send service notifications.

Billing Data Security

Payment details are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. ChatHoot never stores full card numbers or CVCs on our servers.

Content Ownership

You own the prompts you submit and the outputs generated. Prompts and outputs are stored in your chat history so you can revisit them. You can delete any conversation at any time; deletion is permanent.

Third-Party Data Processing

To generate responses and graphics we transmit prompts to AI model providers under strict data-processing agreements. When you enable social auto-posting we transmit the specific content you approve to the connected social networks. No third party receives your data unless it is required to deliver a feature you requested.

Your Rights

You can export or delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
